THE WODA GROUP, INC., a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest, is seeking an immediate need for IT Support located in Westerville, OH.

Position Description:

The primary goal of the IT Technician is to provide exemplary technical support to our company’s employees.  Specifically, he or she will be expected to address issues with PCs, tablets, laptops, servers, phones, and internet. Additionally, the IT Technician will be expected to research technology software and hardware products and provide perspective on the technological needs of the business.

This job will involve occasional travel to nearby properties to provide on-site support. This position will report to Woda’s Vice President of Development and IT.

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • A+ or Net+ certification, or 3 years of IT experience, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience in Information Technology is preferred
  • Proven ability to resolve modern technological issues
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong time management skills to ensure adherence to established deadlines
  • Honesty and trustworthiness
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
